Origin story

A story of conviction,
before being a buyout.

Olivier "the father", an SME leader for nearly twenty years, thought he knew his business inside out. Yet in 2020, he learnt that the financial year he had just closed was in the red. Nobody saw it coming; himself first of all. It was not a problem of skill. It was a problem of visibility.

That is when a Pérenne consultant reached out. He did not know it yet, but the timing was perfect. Month after month, his figures started to make sense, the blind spots disappeared. He began to decide differently; no longer on instinct, but with a real reading of his business. Six years on, he is now genuinely steering his company, and moving forward with peace of mind.

Paul "the son" and Constantin "the friend" have known each other since their Master's in market finance. One was steering energy sales at a major renewables player, the other operating the trading platform of a leading asset manager. They had always known they would build something together.

So when the opportunity arose to take over Pérenne, everything fell into place. What we had seen happen with Olivier gave us the answer: a simple tool, a robust method, a concrete impact on the daily lives of leaders. It all made sense; for the three of us.

We did not take over Pérenne to change what was working. We took it over because we knew, from the inside, just how much it could matter for a leader.

In January 2026, father, son and friend joined forces and acquired 100% of the group. With us, we brought what was missing: human drive, bold ambition, and the energy of those who truly believe in it. The method is there. The tools are there. All that was left was to propel them.
