5. Recipients
Your data is only accessible to authorised members of the Pérenne team and to our technical providers (host, email service), all subject to a confidentiality obligation. No data is shared with third parties for commercial purposes.
Your data is not transferred outside the European Economic Area.

The Site currently uses only technical cookies strictly necessary for its operation (load balancing, security, form sessions). These cookies do not require your consent (Art. 82 of the French Data Protection Act and CNIL guidelines).
No analytics, advertising or third-party tracking cookies are used to date.
If, in the future, GROUPE PERENNE decides to deploy analytics tools (for example Google Analytics) or other cookies that are not strictly necessary, you will be informed and a GDPR-compliant prior consent mechanism will be put in place before any such cookies are placed on your device.

GROUPE PERENNE implements appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data against loss, unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration or destruction. In particular:

- Multi-factor authentication on internal tools
- Regular backups and hosting in France (EU)
- Data access limited to authorised personnel, subject to a confidentiality obligation
8. Minors
The Site is not intended for minors (under 15). No personal data is knowingly collected from minors. If you believe a minor has provided us with data without authorisation, please contact us at contact@groupeperenne.com for immediate deletion.
